A REDWOOD DECK built and maintained properly (water sealed twice in the first year and
once every other year) will last for over 30 years.
NEW DECKING MATERIALS cost the same as REDWOOD however; they don't look as nice
and are labor intensive to install. We've built over 80 decks in the past 5 years, and most
homeowners have maintained them very well.
CON HARD REDWOOD has become very expensive and needs to be hand selected. This is
usually time consuming and costly. We have found a good supplier so we are able to give
you a fair price.
